Living masterpiece of Mughal art

The Sheesh Mahal alone is worth the trip to Lahore. Thousands of tiny mirrors, intricate inlay work — I stood there for 30 minutes just looking up. The fort has layers of history from every Mughal emperor. Hire a guide — the stories bring it to life.

UNESCO heritage at its finest

Spent 3 hours here and didn't see everything. The Naulakha Pavilion, Diwan-i-Khas, and the Alamgiri Gate are masterpieces. The view from the fort over the Walled City and Badshahi Mosque is iconic.

Essential Lahore experience

No trip to Lahore is complete without Lahore Fort. Combined with Badshahi Mosque and Food Street in one day — perfect heritage day. Evening light on the red sandstone is magical for photography.
